"I just wanted to commend you on one of your most excellent drivers. He said his name was Dennis, and he looked to be Philippino and was wearing a white baseball cap. I had left my phone on one of your shuttles and I called back your company to let them and the dispatcher said she would have the drivers check and then call back on the number I was using. I waited for slightly over an hour and didn’t hear anything back so I called you guys again and the dispatcher told me that no one had come across my phone, I thanked the lady for the information and she proceeded to tell me how busy you company was at the time and I thanked her again and then went to look for my phone elsewhere. About five minutes later someone called the phone I had used to call your company and they said that they had found a phone so I ran out there to get it but to my disappointment it wasn’t my phone. The driver, Dennis, invited me and my battle buddy into the van as we called back snd told your company that it was indeed not my phone. There were also two other privates there who had left cleaning supplies on one of your shuttles. Dennis helped us both track down the shuttle that our belongings were on and get them to the defac where we were waiting. He was extraordinarily generous by letting us stay warm and helping us find our items. The following day I also rode with him and we discussed some of the courseware that I am learning in school. This was extremely useful and unprecedented by a shuttle driver and it helped me to develop a further understanding of the given topic which will help me throughout my military career. This individual was a major blessing for me two days in a row. Thank you."
